Processing and screening of sand materials

Sand particles are made by pre treating raw materials (natural sand or ore) to remove soil, waste residue, and oversized particles, and then entering crushing and sand making equipment to process them into sand particles of different sizes. However, different types of finished products also require a fine screening process, such as coarse sand used for building pouring, medium sand used for decoration plastering, fine sand used for precision casting, etc. At this point, a vibrating screen is needed for screening

The commonly used screening range for sand particles is 0.074mm-100mm. XianFeng recommends using probability screens or linear vibrating screens for coarse screening, and square swinging screens for fine screening.
