A customer from Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates contacted us through Google and visited our factory in December to discuss the procurement of square gyratory sifters for the fracturing sand screening process in oil extraction projects. After on-site fracturing sand screening tests and particle size inspections, the customer successfully signed a 1 million RMB order with XianFeng.

Three square gyratory sifters will be selected, together with linear vibrating screens, bucket elevators,Mogensen sieve, belt conveyors, storage hoppers and other equipment, to form a complete production line, which will officially commence production in March.

The particle size of fracturing sand varies according to different oil and gas production requirements, and is generally classified into four grades: coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand and ultra-fine sand.
· Fracturing sand of 16–20 mesh is mainly used for fracturing operations in deep high-pressure formations, adapting to reservoir environments with high closure stress.
· Fracturing sand of 20–40 mesh serves as the main proppant for the development of conventional oil and gas reservoirs, deep gas and tight oil, accounting for more than 90% of global fracturing applications.
· Fracturing sand of 30–50 mesh is applied to fracturing stimulation in mid-deep reservoirs, balancing flow conductivity and fracture propagation efficiency.
· Fracturing sand of 40–70 mesh is suitable for fracturing operations in shallow oil and gas reservoirs or precision fracturing, enabling effective support for low-permeability micro-fractures.
· Ultra-fine fracturing sand of 70–140 mesh and finer (e.g., 140/200 mesh) is used for precision stimulation of special low-permeability tight formations, or as a temporary plugging material in prepad fracturing.
·Standard sieve mesh openings: Higher screening accuracy, perfectly compliant with API particle size standards.
·700 elastic balls per layer for screen cleaning: Strong anti-clogging capability, suitable for the irregular particle characteristics of fracturing sand.
·Compound structure: Larger production capacity, meeting the large-scale production demand for fracturing sand.
·Fully enclosed structure: Better dust control, in line with industrial environmental protection requirements.
·Horizontal reciprocating swing trajectory: Less wear and tear, lower operation and maintenance costs, suitable for high-hardness materials.
·Replaceable multi-layer screens with different mesh sizes: Flexible multi-grade classification, meeting the multi-mesh demand for fracturing sand.
