A frame that carries materials and the screen surface, typically constructed with welded steel plates, and must possess sufficient rigidity to prevent vibration and deformation

Screen mesh:

The core component of screening, typically consisting of multi-layered (1-5 layers) metal woven mesh or punched plates arranged at an angle, with the mesh size decreasing from top to bottom

Vibration device:

Provides screening power. A common type is the "eccentric mass exciter", which can adjust amplitude and frequency to accommodate different materials

Support and shock absorption device:

It supports the screen box and absorbs vibration energy, typically utilizing spring components to reduce the impact of equipment vibration on the foundation
