Small particles have more opportunities to pass through the screen, resulting in a screening efficiency of up to 85%-95%; Simple structure and low energy consumption: no complex transmission components, light equipment weight (30%-50% lighter than ordinary screens with the same processing capacity), and operating energy consumption only 60%-80% of ordinary vibrating screens; Difficulty in blocking holes: The throwing motion of the material can effectively clear the blocked particles inside the screen holes (especially for wet or less viscous materials), reducing downtime for cleaning.
