The working principle of the vibrating feeder is to utilize two vibrating motors rotating synchronously in opposite directions to generate a directional excitation force, which drives the material chute to perform linear jumping reciprocal vibration, enabling continuous, uniform, and stable horizontal or vertical conveyance of materials.
· Spring: High-load-bearing, high-elasticity spring, providing efficient shock absorption and wear resistance. · Motor: Imported Ouli Wolong motor is adopted, featuring high amplitude and low power for greater energy efficiency. Explosion-proof motors can be selected to meet special needs. · Cone: The unique high-strength steel conical design ensures that the vibrating force is evenly distributed to the screen frame and screen surface, reducing energy loss and enhancing screening efficiency. · Base: Rigid support for anti-resonance, with an optimized built-in shock absorption structure to reduce impact on the ground and ensure the safety of the equipment.
Horizontal vibrating conveyor: Dust cover: Its primary function is to prevent the spillage of internal materials or dust during feeding. It can be customized according to actual conditions to fit and connect with different feeding equipment. Spiral vertical vibrating conveyor: The spiral ascending chute and the central support riser ensure uniform vibration transmission, resulting in a stable conveying trajectory. Tube vibrating conveyor: stainless steel conveyor tube, built-in wear-resistant lining tube, and customizable water-cooled structure for the fixed flange of the tube body.

· Spiral vertical vibrating feeder: primarily designed for vertical lifting and feeding, featuring vibration drive + spiral groove body, without rotating spiral shaft · Tubular vibrating feeder: enclosed circular tube structure, horizontal/small inclination conveying, fully sealed and dust-free · Horizontal vibrating feeder: mainly featuring an open-type trough, horizontal/slightly inclined angle conveying, and large flow rate, making it a versatile model
For dry, non-sticky powder materials or small particles that require vertical lifting and have limited horizontal installation space, a spiral vertical vibrating conveyor is recommended. For horizontal or low-angle conveying, and when dealing with materials prone to dust, toxic corrosion, or having hygiene/explosion-proof requirements, a fully enclosed tubular vibrating conveyor is preferred. For horizontal or slightly inclined conveying of large-flow ordinary bulk materials, without strict environmental sealing requirements and a limited budget, an open horizontal vibrating conveyor is a good choice. It is not recommended to use vibrating conveyors for materials with high viscosity and severe caking. If the working conditions are uncertain, material samples can be provided for feeding tests to verify the selection plan.
