The client for this case is a large sugar company located in East Java, the white sugar production base of Indonesia, with a daily production capacity of up to 400 tons. The client proposed the following requirements: Lifting and feeding of powdered sugar Screening of white sugar and powdered sugar Weighing of powdered sugar and finished sugar granules with automatic finished product packaging Full-process dust-free operation Hourly output of 20 tons In response to the client’s needs.
Front-end: Stainless steel Z-type elevators are used for powdered sugar conveying to ensure uniform feeding.
Middle-end: A stainless steel rotary square gyratory sifter, Model 2036 with dual composite 6-layer screens, is adopted to meet the requirements of precise screening and hourly output.
End-end: Section A: Powdered sugar automatically enters the weighing silo and is packaged automatically by one packaging machine, supported by a pre-installed dust collector for dust removal. Section B: The separated finished sugar granules are lifted to the weighing silo via a second Z-type elevator and packaged automatically as finished products by two packaging machines.
The client intends to purchase two such production lines and has placed an initial order of 600,000 RMB. The equipment was delivered and put into trial production in March 2026
White granulated sugar and powdered sugar tend to generate dust, and sugar granules are fragile. As food-grade materials, they require graded screening. Meanwhile, the customer requires high production capacity and full-process dust-free operation. Therefore, the production line uses stainless steel Z-type elevators for enclosed, dust-free and uniform conveying, matched with rotary square gyratory sifters to accurately screen white granulated sugar and powdered sugar without damaging the granules, while meeting the hourly output requirement. At the terminal, powdered sugar and finished sugar granules are packaged separately with supporting dust removal equipment. This design not only fits the material properties but also achieves the production needs of screening, weighing and packaging, high capacity and full-process dust-free operation.
