The calcium aluminate powder production line is a dust-free integrated production line customized by a chemical plant customer from Vietnam in 2024 for the automatic lifting, bag breaking, unloading, pipeline transportation, and storage of calcium chlorate powder ton bags. It meets environmental and safety requirements, meets local chemical production safety standards, and helps enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve green production.

    ·【Feeding Equipment:】 Tonne Bag Dismantling Machine: Suitable for remote control lifting of ton bags, automatic bag breaking and unloading dust removal equipment.

    ·【Pipeline conveying equipment:】 Pipe chain conveyor: suitable for closed continuous conveying of powdery and small granular materials, and can be combined horizontally, obliquely, and vertically.

    ·【Storage equipment:】 Material bin: used to store bulk materials, balance the production capacity of the front and rear links of the production line, and ensure continuous production.

    ·【Connection equipment】 Unloading valve: located at the discharge port of the silo to control the storage speed, dust removal device: located behind the ton bag unpacking machine to prevent dust from overflowing. Level gauge: Real time monitoring of material quantity in the silo to avoid full or empty storage. PLC control system: Through a programmable logic controller, production parameters (such as conveying speed, discharge volume, dust removal start stop time, etc.) are set, and touch screens are equipped to automatically control the operation of various equipment. The real-time display of equipment status (such as fault alarms and material level information) is convenient for operators to monitor and adjust.

System features:

  • 1. High degree of automation, improving production efficiency

    From the lifting, unpacking, and material transportation of ton bags to the storage bin, the entire process can be automated, reducing manual intervention. For example, by using an electric hoist to automatically grab ton bags, the unpacking process uses cutting or tapping devices to automatically break the bags, avoiding the inefficiency of manual handling and unpacking. Suitable for large-scale production scenarios, a single production line can process several tons to tens of tons of materials per hour, meeting the continuity requirements of large-scale industrial production.

  • 2. Good sealing, reducing dust pollution and material waste

    The unpacking and transportation processes often adopt a closed design (such as sealing covers, pipeline transportation), which can effectively control dust overflow, especially suitable for powdery and ultrafine granular materials (such as flour, titanium dioxide, cement, etc.). To avoid waste caused by wind blowing and scattering of materials, while reducing the harm of the working environment to human health (such as reducing the risk of dust inhalation), in compliance with environmental protection and occupational health and safety standards.

  • 3. Compatible with multiple material forms, with strong flexibility

    It can handle various forms of materials such as powder, granules, and small pieces, such as resin powder in the chemical industry, flour in the food industry, quartz sand in the building materials industry, and mineral powder in the mining industry. The equipment parameters (such as conveying speed and unpacking force) can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material. For example, for materials that are prone to clumping, a crushing device can be added, and for fragile particles, the conveying pressure can be reduced.

  • 4. Integrated design, high space utilization

    The system integrates modules such as dismantling machines, conveyors (screw conveyors, belt conveyors, pneumatic conveying equipment, etc.), silos, and measuring devices to form a compact production line and reduce footprint. The silo can be equipped with auxiliary functions such as mixing, drying, and screening, achieving the integration of "unpacking conveying pretreatment storage" and simplifying the production process.

    Design protective functions for special materials:

    Equip with anti-static devices and explosion-proof motors for flammable and explosive materials such as coal powder and certain chemical raw materials;
    For food and pharmaceutical grade materials, stainless steel material and sterile cleaning design are used, in compliance with GMP, FDA and other standards;
    Equipped with overload protection, emergency stop and other safety devices to prevent equipment failures from causing accidents.

    It can be integrated with PLC control systems and IoT platforms to monitor real-time data such as material flow, silo liquid level, and equipment operation status, enabling remote operation and intelligent scheduling. Some systems are equipped with measuring scales and automatic batching modules to ensure the accuracy of material conveying volume (error can be controlled within ± 0.5%), meeting the batching requirements of industries such as fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
